Training includes:

  • 16 Week Program (ending 25th July)
  • Commences April 11th
  • Location > Winston Hills
  • 40 Minute Sessions

 

Program Goals:

  1. Introduction to Soccer: The program aims to introduce young children to the basic rules and concepts of soccer, including dribbling, passing and shooting. The emphasis is on having fun and developing a basic understanding of the game.
  2. Motor Skills Development: The program focuses on improving gross and fine motor skills such as running, kicking, throwing, and catching. Children will engage in various soccer-related activities that promote balance, coordination, and agility.
  3. Social Skills Development: The program encourages children to interact with their peers and develop social skills such as teamwork, sharing, and sportsmanship. Through small-sided games and group activities, children learn to work together and build friendships.
  4. Physical Fitness: The program promotes physical fitness through age-appropriate exercises and games that help children develop their strength, flexibility, and endurance.
